WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Project Coordinator at TMRW you’ll be the bridge between client and production. Always responsive to the unique needs of every project, you navigate with ease and never lose track of the destination even when the pace is high. Through careful planning and managing both time and resources in combination with your solid understanding of the creative process, you make sure that the projects proceed within the specified time frame and budget while of course achieving the set objectives. You enjoy having varying tasks on your table and dive into each and every one with the same razor-sharp precision.

To succeed and thrive in this role, we think you’re an expert in concretizing the unclear. You have the skill to talk with your clients in their own lingo and with the creatives in theirs. You’re an excellent listener and truly convincing — regardless of whether the client is present on a screen or in the same room. Not only are you able to articulate a vision and direction for your team, but you empower your colleagues and make them feel that they have a stake in the project.
