Springdale Green

How do you capture an 872 500 sq ft large eco-paradise and turn it into a true-to-life experience — so real you could almost reach out and touch it? Size-wise, Springdale Green is one of our most challenging visualization projects yet. And still, the outcome was wilder than any of us could ever hope for.

  • Use: Office Campus
  • Location: East Austin, Texas
  • Designed by: Gensler
  • Developed by: Jay Paul Company
  • The scope: 15+ images, 1 animation, 1 SpaceWalk
  • Visualized by: TMRW

”The initial plan was to present Springdale Green with traditional still images. But covering an area like this would mean tons of renderings. As it turned out, hyperrealistic virtual tours proved to be the perfect solution. And the platform SpaceWalk got to show its muscles like never before.”

— Maciej Kozłowski, Design Director at TMRW

Taking Office-Life Outside

Leave your expectations for an office building at the door. With over 20 acres covered in native meadows, woodland and plantings, Springdale Green celebrates beauty in all its forms. Providing a one-of-a-kind immersive experience with nature and the landscape of East Austin.

Representing the future of the city, the Springdale Green visualizations had to show the city’s aspirations, fantasies and dreams at large.
